Showroom Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Showroom Manager will lead the Abu Dhabi KIA showroom, planning and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed volume and profit targets. The role ensures smooth daily operations, high customer satisfaction, and effective team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute strategies to achieve the showroom’s budgeted volume and profit targets.
• Communicate sales plans and targets to the sales team and monitor their execution.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to final closure, ensuring quality documentation.
• Resolve critical problems and major customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare monthly stock requirement lists for approval by the Sales Manager.
• Maintain regular interaction with existing and prospective customers to build profitable relationships.
• Maximize demo usage and monitor the demo‑to‑sale ratio.
• Manage showroom standards, including display, housekeeping, and product information.
• Monitor the PDI process to guarantee the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Guide, motivate, and develop subordinates to enhance performance and prepare them for higher‑level roles.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar showroom management role.
• Strong knowledge of automobile sales gained through formal training and work experience.
• Full understanding of showroom merchandising.
• Dynamic and proactive personality.
• Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
