Showroom Sales Associate (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

International Uniforms, a leader in the uniform industry in the UAE, is opening a new flagship showroom in Al Ain and is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and customer-centric Showroom Store Associate. The role suits someone passionate about fashion and sales who enjoys a premium, customer-facing showroom environment. Female candidates are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience
• Guide customers on product selection, fabric options and tailoring-related queries
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of uniforms, fabrics and textile products
• Build long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Coordinate with internal teams on order follow-ups and customer requirements
• Take part in product knowledge and sales training sessions
• Share customer feedback and market insights with management
• Support inventory handling and stock organization
• Upsell products through personalized recommendations

Required profile

• Experience in showroom or retail sales, preferably in fashion or premium products
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Energetic, proactive and confident in a customer-facing showroom role
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Detail-oriented, well organized and able to manage several tasks at once
• Presentable, enthusiastic and professional demeanor

Required skills

• Arabic, English and Hindi are preferred (not mandatory)
• Knowledge of fabrics, tailoring and uniform products is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
