About the role
Al Warqaa Bldg Cont LLC is seeking experienced civil professionals to join its construction team in Sharjah. Two positions are open: a Sharjah Municipality‑approved Civil Engineer and a Civil Foreman, both responsible for delivering high‑quality site work.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, BOQ and quality standards.
- Manage labor crews, coordinate blockwork, concrete pours and finishing works.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Maintain site safety and liaise with municipal authorities.
Required profile
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a construction company.
- For the engineer role: Sharjah Municipality approval.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Required skills
- Site supervision and labor management.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quality control.
- Experience with blockwork, concrete, and finishing techniques.
