Site Engineer – Civil (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

Al Marwan Group is looking for a motivated civil engineering graduate to join its construction team as a Site Engineer. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience on active projects across the UAE, working under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily construction activities on site.
• Monitor progress and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Support material inspections and quantity verification.
• Report project status, site issues, and updates to senior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized UAE university (preferred).
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of internship/relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.
• Strong communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work at project sites across the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
