Site Engineer – Construction Projects in Dubai

About the role

Tiger Group is looking for a motivated Site Engineer to join its construction team in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities on high‑rise building projects, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with approved drawings and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Monitor construction quality, progress and site safety requirements.
• Prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical and site‑related issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and project requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 2–3 years of site engineering experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site activities and engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documents.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
