Site Engineer (Fire Protection System)

About the role

NAFFCO is looking for a motivated Site Engineer specialized in fire protection systems to join our Dubai team. You will work directly on client sites, overseeing the installation, commissioning and maintenance of fire safety solutions while ensuring compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise onsite installation, commissioning and maintenance of sprinklers, fire alarms, suppression systems, hydrants and pumps.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams to interpret requirements and deliver technical solutions that match project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks and system validations in line with industry codes and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support to installation crews, resolve issues promptly and propose tailored solutions for site‑specific challenges.
• Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting features, benefits and compliance aspects.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including test reports, progress updates and compliance records for authority submissions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional services, upgrades or solutions that meet client needs and support sales growth.

Required profile

• Strong selling ability with a proven track record of building rapport across diverse client bases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Professional integrity, safety‑first mindset and ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
