Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

Turnkey Projects LLC is seeking a hands‑on Site Engineer / Junior Project Manager to lead interior fit‑out and renovation works in Dubai. The role combines daily site supervision with gradual project‑management responsibilities, allowing the candidate to grow from site coordination to full project ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily fit‑out and renovation activities, ensuring work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Take accurate site measurements, report existing conditions and technical requirements.
• Review drawings, identify discrepancies and coordinate solutions before work proceeds.
• Inspect finishing works, maintain quality standards and ensure timely snag resolution.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and multiple trades to keep the project on schedule.
• Monitor material deliveries, site logistics and assist with procurement and resource planning.
• Prepare progress updates and communicate status to the team and clients.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in managing timelines, costs and deliverables, gradually taking ownership of assigned projects.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of hands‑on interior fit‑out or renovation experience in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with G+1 certification from Dubai Municipality.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Proactive, organised and able to work independently on‑site.

Required skills

• Interior finishing works.
• Reading architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
• Knowledge of UAE/Dubai construction regulations.
