Site Engineer – Ports & Marine

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Site Engineer to support the EPC execution of marine and coastal construction projects across the UAE. The role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors and resources, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily marine construction activities and site workforce.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.
• Coordinate construction activities with subcontractors, suppliers, survey teams and marine plant operations.
• Monitor productivity, progress and resource utilization against project schedules.
• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues affecting project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality requirements and ITPs.
• Prepare progress reports, daily site records and work completion documentation.
• Coordinate material requirements and verify availability for planned activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company procedures and client requirements.
• Support project planning, commissioning, testing and hand‑over activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of site engineering experience in marine construction, infrastructure or EPC projects.
• Previous UAE project experience, preferably with Abu Dhabi Ports projects.
• Familiarity with international construction standards and HSE requirements.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
