Site Engineer / Project Coordinator – Commercial Fit‑Out

About the role

Increation Interiors is seeking a hands‑on Site Engineer who will also act as a Project Coordinator. You will split your time between office‑based project administration and on‑site technical oversight, ensuring commercial interior fit‑out projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project administration, including submittals, RFIs, material tracking and documentation.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives to communicate project status and resolve site issues.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Support programme tracking, flagging delays or risks early.
• Assist procurement follow‑ups and ensure smooth coordination between site and office teams.
• Maintain accurate records such as snag lists, inspection reports and progress documentation.
• Support handover and close‑out processes.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in commercial fit‑out, interior contracting or MEP/construction coordination in the UAE.
• Degree or diploma in engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Immediate availability preferred.
• Strong communication skills to act as the link between site teams, consultants and management.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar scheduling software.
