Site Engineer – Renovation & Fit‑out

About the role

Revive Building Contracting LLC is seeking a motivated Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate high‑end residential renovation and fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves managing daily site activities, ensuring quality, and delivering projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure works progress according to schedule.
• Coordinate labour teams, subcontractors, and site supervisors.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor workmanship, quality, and site productivity.
• Coordinate civil, architectural, and MEP works on site.
• Conduct site measurements and quantity checks.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate site deliveries.
• Identify and resolve day‑to‑day technical and site issues.
• Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and Revive’s quality standards are maintained.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• UAE construction experience, preferably in renovation or fit‑out projects.
• Experience with residential renovation and villa projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Basic knowledge of civil, architectural, and MEP works.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on attitude with ability to manage labour teams on site.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability preferred.
