Site Inspector Architect / Senior Architect – Expression of Interest

About the role

We are seeking experienced architects to join our Middle East team as Site Inspectors and Senior Architects. The role involves coordinating architectural activities on‑site, supporting the Resident Engineer, and ensuring that design intent is faithfully executed throughout construction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination with other disciplines and assist the Resident Engineer in contractual duties.
• Process contract documents, support contract administration, and review production drawings.
• Serve as an architectural resource, providing technical solutions and advising the Project Manager on design impacts.
• Monitor interior architectural works for compliance with contract documents and procedures.
• Review and process shop drawings, technical submittals, RFIs, material proposals, and installation method statements.
• Oversee procurement, deliveries, and ensure timely support for construction activities.
• Conduct site inspections, lead snagging/de‑snagging, and attend technical meetings.
• Prepare draft site/engineer instructions and advise on variation costs.
