Site Leader (Learn to Swim)

About the role

Enrich ME Aquatics is seeking a dynamic Site Leader to oversee the Learn to Swim programme across Cognita Middle East schools. You will combine hands‑on coaching with leadership duties, ensuring high‑quality lessons that follow Swim England standards while growing participation and confidence among young swimmers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, safe swimming lessons for children at various development stages.
• Implement the Swim England curriculum to develop technique and skill.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of swimming teachers, maintaining high instructional standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Learn to Swim site, including scheduling and resource management.
• Build strong relationships with schools, parents and the Aquatics Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of experience in swimming instruction or related coaching.
• Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher Qualification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a teaching team.
• Strong knowledge of Swim England standards and teaching methodologies.
