Site Logistic Coordinator – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Ferropan Gulf Oilfield Services & Supplies LLC is looking for a Site Logistic Coordinator to manage daily logistics at its Abu Dhabi operations. The role supports safe and efficient site activities, ensuring compliance with ADNOC, HSE, road safety and traffic management standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site logistics, transportation and vehicle movements.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, road safety and traffic management regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain accurate reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers to support site activities.
• Monitor logistics operations to guarantee efficient workflow and timely material movement.
• Adhere to ADNOC procedures and safety standards in all logistics activities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Site Logistic Coordinator.
• Valid UAE driving license (minimum 3 years).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with site inspections and documentation.
• Strong coordination, planning and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Knowledge of road safety regulations.
• Expertise in traffic management and site logistics.
