Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Site Manager to oversee the setup, management, and breakdown of event sites during a project‑based assignment. The role will ensure all event sites are prepared on time, safely managed throughout, and dismantled efficiently after completion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all on‑site activities during build‑up, live event days and dismantling phases.
• Ensure site layouts are prepared, marked and delivered in line with event requirements and safety standards.
• Supervise crews, contractors and vendors involved in setup and breakdown.
• Enforce health, safety and compliance protocols across the site.
• Act as the main point of contact with event organisers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress against project timelines and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee logistics, equipment and resources to maximise on‑site efficiency.
• Ensure the site is properly restored and cleaned post‑event.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within events, exhibitions or live productions.
• Strong leadership, team coordination and vendor management abilities.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations for event environments.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving capabilities.
