Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, build, and maintain resilient, scalable, and highly available enterprise infrastructure. The role focuses on automation, observability, and cloud‑native engineering practices to ensure operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Automate deployments and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes with Prometheus and Grafana.
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
• Define and track service level indicators (SLIs), objectives (SLOs), and agreements (SLAs).
• Support disaster recovery planning and enforce security best practices.

Required profile

• 4–10 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on reliability and performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with development and operations teams.
