Site Supervisor – DMS/LCS Installation (2 Vacancies)

About the role

The company is seeking two experienced Site Supervisors to lead DMS/LCS installations, fiber optic and power cabling works across Dubai. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage on‑site activities and ensure safe, on‑time delivery in live traffic environments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all site execution activities related to DMS/LCS, fiber optic and power cabling installations.
• Manage subcontractors and workforce coordination, monitoring progress against project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and live‑traffic requirements.
• Prepare daily progress reports and support testing and commissioning phases.
• Oversee roadside ITS and infrastructure installation works while maintaining traffic flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ITS, telecom, infrastructure or outdoor field installation projects.
• Experience working in live‑traffic or roadside environments is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
