Site Supervisor / Foreman – Construction Projects in Ajman

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Site Supervisor/Foreman to lead our construction and fit‑out projects in Ajman. The role is fully on‑site, focused on keeping work moving safely and to a high quality standard.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day project activities on‑site, monitoring progress, safety and quality.
• Organise and assign tasks to workers, ensuring clear direction and efficient use of time.
• Perform real‑time quality checks and guide corrective actions early.
• Visit project sites regularly for hands‑on oversight, from quick check‑ins to full‑day supervision.
• Take accurate site measurements and verify that on‑site conditions match drawings.
• Coordinate adjustments when schedules shift, materials are delayed, or unexpected issues arise.

Required profile

• Solid hands‑on experience supervising construction or fit‑out projects.
• Ability to lead a crew fairly – firm when needed, respectful always.
• Sharp eye for quality and instinct for spotting problems early.
• Comfort with taking measurements and reading site conditions accurately.
• Willingness to be on‑site and actively involved in daily work.
