Site Technical Manager – Architectural background

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Technical Manager with a strong architectural background to support a leading high‑rise construction client in Dubai. The role combines technical coordination, shop‑drawing management, and multidisciplinary project execution on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage shop drawing production, detailing, and technical coordination.
• Coordinate between Architecture, Structure, Civil, Interior Design and MEP disciplines.
• Review subcontractor submissions, materials, shop drawings and technical calculations.
• Resolve on‑site technical issues and guide construction teams.
• Lead technical meetings, workshops, RFIs and material approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, IFC drawings, NCC standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, planning, QA/QC and commercial teams.
• Monitor technical status, approvals and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Strong architectural background.
• Proven experience on high‑rise construction projects.
• Expertise in technical coordination and shop‑drawing management.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFC drawings, authorities’ regulations and construction standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
