Skilled Carpenter – Property Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join Al Saqer Property Management’s facilities team. The role involves creating, installing, repairing and maintaining a variety of structural and decorative elements across our residential, commercial and retail properties in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches and design plans to determine specifications.
• Measure, cut and shape wood, metal and other materials using hand and power tools such as saws, drills and sanders.
• Assemble and install frameworks, cabinets, shelves, doors and other components.
• Install or repair building fixtures including windows, stairs, mouldings and other fittings.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other tradespeople to ensure project requirements are met.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Record work performed and time spent on each task accurately.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of carpentry experience in a facilities or property‑maintenance environment.
• Vocational certification or apprenticeship in carpentry.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.
