About the role

TRG Technical Services is seeking experienced construction tradespeople to provide reliable manpower for civil, infrastructure, industrial, and MEP projects across Dubai. Candidates will join a pool of vetted professionals ready to be deployed on a variety of site assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Supply qualified workers for ongoing construction projects as required by clients.
• Coordinate schedules and site assignments with project managers.
• Ensure all personnel hold valid certifications and comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, work hours, and performance.
• Support site supervision staff in managing daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the listed construction trades.
• Valid trade certifications or licenses recognized in the UAE.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai on a full‑time basis.
• Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual labour.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
