Skilled Plasterer & Ceramic Tile Installer – Ajman

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fit‑out and finishing company operating across residential, commercial and hospitality projects in the UAE. We are looking for experienced plaster masters and ceramic tile installers who take pride in delivering flawless finishes and can work safely on site in Ajman.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out full plastering works, including surface preparation, machine operation and achieving a seamless finish.
• Read site drawings, assess walls and ceilings and select the appropriate preparation method before starting.
• Install ceramic tiles on walls, floors and other surfaces with precise layout, level cuts and clean grout lines.
• Collaborate with other trades on site to keep the project moving without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience as a plaster master (including plastering machine operation) or as a ceramic tile installer.
• Strong eye for detail and the patience to achieve a perfect finish.
• Ability to work on‑site in the UAE.
• Portfolio, photos or references that demonstrate your skill are a plus.
