Social Gaming Supervisor – Time Out Market Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are looking for a Social Gaming Supervisor to lead the new Gaming Zone at Time Out Market Abu Dhabi. You will ensure a safe, fun and high‑quality experience for guests as the market prepares for its grand opening.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the gaming area to guarantee smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate and manage Gaming Area Attendants.
• Maintain a safe, organised and high‑quality environment in the Social Gaming Zone.
• Conduct team briefings, communicate operational updates, events and activations.
• Monitor attendance, gaming activity and operational performance.
• Greet guests, explain game rules and provide equipment instructions.
• Resolve customer inquiries, minor complaints and escalations promptly.
• Enforce venue rules, gaming policies and ensure fair use of equipment.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents and report them to management.
• Inspect gaming equipment regularly and report maintenance needs.
• Handle payments, procure game cards or credits for timed experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, incidents and operational issues.
• Assist with upselling food, beverages or gaming packages and support revenue targets.
