Social Media Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Account Manager to join a leading global marketing agency in Dubai, working on a high‑profile global skincare brand. The role bridges the client and internal teams to deliver culturally relevant social content across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationship and act as the primary contact for all social media activity.
• Oversee social media account management on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
• Support development and execution of social strategies, content calendars and always‑on campaigns.
• Collaborate with creative, content, strategy, influencer and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Plan, brief, approve and publish content ensuring brand guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Adapt content for Arabic‑speaking audiences, reviewing copy and creative for cultural relevance.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated on platform trends, beauty industry developments and emerging formats.
• Support influencer collaborations, community management and social listening.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and internal workflows.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of social media account management experience within a marketing, creative or digital agency.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent written communication in both languages.
• Experience with skincare, beauty, cosmetics or FMCG brands is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, audience behaviour and regional digital trends.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and coordinate multiple internal teams.
• Analytical mindset with confidence in translating performance data into recommendations.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management skills in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and passionate about social media and beauty.

Required skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English (written).
• Proficiency in managing Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.
