Social Media and Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Social Media and Content Manager to run Bundle’s end‑to‑end content engine. Reporting directly to the founders, you will have full publishing autonomy from day one and will shape the brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute platform‑specific content strategies with a native approach for each channel.
• Establish a repeatable production workflow: weekly shoots, hook bank, series‑format library and ample shot inventory.
• Shoot and appear on‑camera with founders, as well as edit short‑form videos (cuts, captions, sound design, motion text, thumbnails) at speed.
• Leverage generative AI for video, image, voice‑over and research to multiply production efficiency while maintaining brand taste.
• Transform founder‑led material into a month’s worth of content, extracting key messages in seconds.
• Engage with audiences in comments and DMs, turning replies into new content and reporting performance metrics.
• Build and nurture a global creator and partner network.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience running social media for a brand, creator or personal channel with a public portfolio.
• Strong strategic thinking – able to explain why a format works, not just that it’s trending.
• Comfortable on‑camera and confident directing others.
• Current fluency with AI tools and a clear opinion on usable generative video solutions.
• Up‑to‑date trend literacy across TikTok, Instagram, X and Facebook.
• Ability to write conversational copy that feels human and witty.
• Good judgment on risk‑taking for a rewards‑based company.
