Social Media Content Creator (Arabic Speaker) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Content Creator to join our fast‑paced social‑media team in Dubai. You will produce engaging short‑ and long‑form video content for a variety of clients and digital platforms, working from concept through post‑production.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit short‑ and long‑form video content for social media and digital platforms.
• Film on‑set and on‑location using mobile/handheld devices, setting up rigs, microphones, lighting and props.
• Develop concepts, write scripts, and manage the full content production process.
• Edit videos with CapCut, applying colour grading, lighting adjustments and sound correction.
• Collaborate with creative teams and clients to plan and execute shoots.
• Develop basic motion‑graphics skills in After Effects to enhance video output.
• Manage multiple projects and meet agreed deadlines in a client‑focused environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer or similar, preferably in a social‑media or agency setting.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong experience with mobile‑first content creation and shooting techniques.
• Proficiency with CapCut or similar mobile editing tools.
• Understanding of framing, lighting and audio for mobile video production.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is preferred.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working both on‑site and on‑location.
