Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive to drive the online presence of our three brands – The Charm Bar, Aglaiia Permanent Jewelry and Aglaiia Waterproof Jewelry – based in Dubai. The role is full‑time, office‑based and requires a hands‑on approach to ideate, produce and publish visual content that resonates with fashion‑forward audiences on Instagram and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor social trends, viral audio and platform updates to keep the brands ahead of the curve.
• Conceptualise, film, photograph, edit and publish reels, stories, TikToks, carousels and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Capture live content during events, product launches and influencer collaborations.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages and user‑generated content.
• Coordinate influencer partnerships from briefing through post‑campaign analysis.
• Support brand events, activations and special projects, including logistics and live coverage.
• Organise and maintain a digital content library for future use.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on social media management and content creation experience.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok and current social media trends.
• Passion for fashion, jewelry, beauty and lifestyle content.
• Valid UAE driving licence, access to a car and own UAE residency visa.
• Availability for a full‑time, office‑based position in Dubai.

Required skills

• Proficient video‑editing using CapCut, Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Comfortable filming and photographing content with a smartphone while maintaining professional quality.
• Ability to create, edit and publish content from concept to completion.
