Social Media & Content Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to lead our social media presence, produce engaging visual content, and act as a brand ambassador for our company. The role works closely with the founders, management, and the digital and performance marketing teams to grow our online communities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and regularly update Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan, schedule and publish posts, Reels, Stories, videos and company updates.
• Create photos, videos, Reels, interviews and short‑form content; write captions, hooks and scripts.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages and mentions.
• Represent the brand on‑camera, conduct interviews and cover events.
• Monitor organic reach, engagement metrics and follower growth.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Design and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence in front of the camera.
• UAE experience preferred.
