Social Media & Content Lead

About the role

Masterminds VIP Micro‑School is seeking a hands‑on Social Media & Content Lead to own and grow the organic social presence for its premium education brands in the UAE and the US. You will translate the school’s sophisticated learning model into compelling stories that resonate with parents.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an organic social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms.
• Build content pillars, recurring series and campaigns that reflect the premium brand narrative.
• Shoot and edit high‑quality video and photography, producing Reels, short‑form videos and YouTube Shorts.
• Write English copy and captions that highlight classroom stories, curriculum, teachers and student life.
• Manage the content calendar, monitor engagement, and report on reach, follower growth and qualified enquiries.

Required profile

• 3+ years of social media and content creation experience with ownership of strategy and execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating video, photography, copywriting and social storytelling.
• Proven ability to grow organic engagement for a brand.
• Excellent professional English and strong copywriting skills.
• Experience in premium education or luxury consumer brands is highly desirable.
