Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

PECTIV, a premium feminine care brand based in the UAE, is looking for a creative Social Media & Content Manager to shape its digital presence. You will lead the strategy, storytelling, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms, helping the brand become a leading name in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars and daily posts for all major platforms.
• Write engaging captions, briefs, and concepts that resonate with the target audience.
• Coordinate content shoots, user‑generated content creators, influencers, and photographers.
• Grow organic reach, engagement, followers, and overall brand awareness.
• Manage community interactions, responding to comments and messages as needed.
• Identify trends and produce timely, relevant content.
• Organise weekly Instagram/TikTok Live sessions with medical experts.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners for content partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activity and social media trends.
• Work closely with the Creative Designer and E‑commerce Growth Manager to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Track and report performance metrics and content KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, content marketing or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
• Proven ability to create content strategies for e‑commerce or consumer brands.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Experience working with influencers and content creators.
• Highly organized, creative and proactive.
• Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Background in beauty, wellness, healthcare or lifestyle brands is preferred.
