Social Media & Content Specialist

About the role

The Social Media & Content Specialist will manage and grow the social media presence of Designhaus Collection and haus & haus Holidays in Dubai. The role focuses on creating platform‑native storytelling that boosts brand awareness, engages audiences and supports broader business goals. You will work closely with the Founder and Marketing Manager to align content with campaigns and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging reels, stories, feed posts and other social‑first content for both brands.
• Write captions that reflect brand tone and messaging.
• Support video production through filming and editing when needed.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar and coordinate posts with marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Production and Design teams on shoots, assets and creative materials.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions across platforms.
• Assist in adapting organic content for paid social campaigns.
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and use insights to refine future content.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Basic knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a structured content calendar.
• Valid UAE driving licence and residence in Dubai.
