Social Media Executive – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to join a leading advertising agency in Dubai. You will manage multiple brand accounts across various platforms, develop engaging content, and support both organic and paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube accounts.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content according to monthly calendars while ensuring brand consistency.
• Create captions, posts, stories, reels, and short‑form videos; collaborate with designers and video editors.
• Support influencer collaborations and execute paid social campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions; respond to queries promptly.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) and produce weekly/monthly reports.
• Analyze audience behavior and provide actionable insights to improve content performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of social media management experience, preferably with at least one year in the UAE.
• Strong copywriting and communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
