Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a passionate, high‑energy Social Media Executive to lead the online presence of LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort. You will bring the resort’s stories, campaigns and guest experiences to life across multiple platforms while fostering an engaged, positive community.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an active, on‑brand presence on Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars aligned with business priorities and seasonal campaigns.
• Create, curate and publish content that reflects the LEGOLAND® voice and resonates with families.
• Provide daily community management – monitor comments, messages and brand mentions, respond to queries and escalate issues as needed.
• Stay updated on platform trends and emerging formats to boost organic engagement.
• Coordinate influencer stays and creator partnerships, from briefing to content delivery and performance tracking.
• Support PR, CSR initiatives and on‑site content shoots in collaboration with the PR manager and agencies.
• Develop social support plans for seasonal events such as Halloween and festive celebrations, monitor performance and contribute to post‑campaign reporting.
• Assist operational and guest‑experience teams during park closures or critical periods.

• Strong communicator with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across Marketing, Operations, Guest Services, PR and external agencies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and X.
• Experience in community management, influencer coordination and performance analytics.
• Understanding of seasonal campaign planning and execution.
