Social Media Executive – Pool & Beach Club

About the role

The Social Media Executive will lead the digital presence of a high‑end Pool & Beach Club, creating lifestyle‑driven visual content that showcases the venue’s exclusive atmosphere, VIP experiences, and high‑energy events. Reporting to the Marketing Director and the Director of Restaurants, Bars & Nightlife, the role focuses on attracting young couples, groups of friends, high‑net‑worth individuals, and fashion‑forward guests through Instagram, TikTok and related platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, produce and publish high‑quality photo and video content that reflects the club’s glamorous vibe.
• Capture daily moments such as daybeds, VIP areas, bottle service, performances, DJs and special events.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across Instagram feeds, Stories, Reels and TikTok.
• Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags to maximise reach.
• Manage comments, direct messages and mentions promptly, building relationships with followers and influencers.
• Identify and engage potential brand ambassadors and micro/macro influencers.
• Support promotion of themed nights, gala dinners, performances and other high‑profile activations.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations, Events and Outlet teams for content around private bookings and celebrations.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, story views, click‑throughs) and prepare regular reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in social media management, preferably within luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for high‑quality content.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with operations, events and entertainment teams.
