Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

SkyWing Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager and Content Creator to lead its digital presence in Dubai. You will develop and execute social media strategies that showcase luxury properties, off‑plan projects, and brand campaigns, while engaging a high‑net‑worth audience.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories and short‑form videos across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Maintain social media calendars, optimise content for reach and engagement, and monitor performance analytics.
• Respond to comments and messages to foster community interaction.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Capture property highlights and produce visual assets that align with the brand’s tone and visual identity.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) with experience managing multiple platforms.
• Strong content strategy and writing skills, capable of crafting compelling captions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages (Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Chinese) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment in Dubai with high attention to detail.
