Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

Epasero Real Estate is looking for a creative, hands-on and results-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join its growing team in Business Bay, Dubai. You will manage the social media presence of the real estate business and the CEO's personal brand, owning the content process from concept through editing and performance analysis. The role suits someone who enjoys being behind the camera and bringing fresh ideas.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run social media strategies for the real estate business and the CEO's personal brand, and create content ideas and campaigns.
• Create content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, and plan content calendars.
• Plan and manage content shooting days, coordinate filming schedules with the CEO and agents, write scripts and storyboards, and direct shoots.
• Film and edit short-form videos such as Reels and TikToks, and edit video with captions, transitions, graphics, music and effects.
• Edit social media posts, stories and promotional materials while keeping a consistent brand identity.
• Analyse performance, engagement, reach and audience growth, prepare regular reports and use data to refine content strategy.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong experience filming, editing and producing short-form content, and managing content shooting days.
• Confident in developing creative concepts, writing scripts and directing content.
• Ability to independently manage several social media accounts and to analyse performance and turn insights into action.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills; a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Real estate marketing or executive/personal branding experience is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
