About the role

SUR Media Agency, an international influencer‑marketing and creative campaign studio based in Dubai, is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive innovative social strategies for its clients. Reporting to the Head of SMM, you will evaluate existing social footprints, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for projects and influencer collaborations.
• Manage SMM projects end‑to‑end, including content planning, client communication, and coordination with designers, editors, and copywriters.
• Create visual and textual assets such as photos, videos, reels, and stories.
• Engage audiences, stimulate user‑generated content, and design interaction formats to boost brand recognition.
• Analyze performance metrics, monitor competitors, and track global trends to inform decisions.
• Produce high‑quality mobile‑first content and maintain regular performance reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Fluent in Russian and proficient in English (B2 level or higher).
• Ability to adapt content strategies across diverse niches.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Basic video editing using CapCut (trimming, captions, music, text).
• Basic design prototyping with Figma.
