Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative, commercially minded, and platform‑savvy Social Media Manager to own and grow our brand presence across social channels in the UAE. This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and brand activation — responsible for building an engaged audience, driving social growth, and translating brand strategy into content that converts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat, aligning with brand and commercial objectives.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar, balancing always‑on brand content, campaign activations, reactive moments, and platform‑native formats.
• Own day‑to‑day community management, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions while monitoring brand sentiment.
• Identify, vet, and manage relationships with UAE‑based influencers and creators, coordinating deliverables and tracking performance.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates, emerging formats, and cultural moments, championing a test‑and‑learn approach.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital‑first brand, agency, or consumer tech environment in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn; Snapchat experience is a plus.
• Commercially aware with ability to connect social activity to business outcomes and report on reach, engagement, follower growth, and share of voice.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and proactive, comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
