Social Media Manager

About the role

Rabdan Developments is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen its digital presence and support its real estate marketing initiatives. The role covers developing social media strategies, producing engaging content, managing online communities and using AI-powered tools to improve content creation and marketing performance. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media strategies and content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create content promoting real estate projects, property launches, events and marketing campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts, captions, reels and brand storytelling materials.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers and video editors on high-quality digital content.
• Manage content publishing, audience interactions, comments and direct messages.
• Monitor campaign performance, audience growth and engagement metrics.
• Use AI-powered tools for content creation, graphic design, video production and marketing workflows.
• Track emerging social media trends and recommend strategies to improve brand visibility.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or certificate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field (suggested, not confirmed).
• Proven experience managing professional social media accounts; real estate marketing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, organisation, collaboration and time management skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI and CapCut.
• Understanding of social media strategy, content planning, community management, analytics and platform algorithms.
• Creative writing, visual storytelling and content development.
