Social Media Manager – Wellness Brand

About the role

Join a fast‑growing wellness brand and lead its social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok and emerging platforms. You will shape the brand’s voice, create compelling short‑form content and foster an engaged community that inspires everyday well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a cross‑platform social media strategy that drives brand awareness and community growth.
• Own the editorial calendar, producing a mix of wellness education, lifestyle storytelling, community‑led content and product features.
• Create and edit short‑form videos (Reels, TikToks, Stories) and carousel posts.
• Research, script, film and edit content that simplifies complex wellness topics.
• Engage the community through polls, Q&As and user‑generated content initiatives.
• Identify, brief and manage influencer and creator partnerships, reporting on performance.
• Monitor metrics such as engagement, reach, saves and shares, using insights to optimise content.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for consumer, wellness, lifestyle or retail brands.
• Successful track record developing content strategies that boost engagement and audience growth.
• Strong storytelling ability with excellent English copy‑writing skills.
• Highly organised, collaborative and able to manage multiple projects.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience creating short‑form video content (scripting, filming, editing).
• Proficiency with CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, social media analytics and current digital trends.
