About the role
The Social Media Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of our social media and fashion content strategy. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and driving brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, edit, and schedule text, image, short‑video, and blog content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
- Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation.
- Plan and run paid social advertising and organic campaigns, often in partnership with influencers.
- Track key performance indicators, analyse results, and produce data‑driven reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies, operations, PR, and design teams to ensure cohesive seasonal campaigns.
Required profile
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and visual communication abilities.
- Creative thinking, excellent organisational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple projects.
Required skills
- Proficiency with social media management tools.
- Experience using Google Analytics for performance tracking.
