Social Media Sales Executive – Cosmetics & Skincare

About the role

Join NAFFCO as a Social Media Sales Executive focused on cosmetics and skincare, turning online conversations into sales and building lasting customer relationships in the digital beauty space.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell cosmetics and skincare products on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments and direct messages.
• Convert social media leads and inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions and special offers to prospects.
• Follow up with potential customers via chat, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Create and share basic product‑related content such as posts, stories, photos and videos.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns, order processing and customer support.
• Maintain records of leads, follow‑ups and sales, and achieve assigned sales targets and digital KPIs.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Sales, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in social media sales, online sales, e‑commerce or digital selling.
• Strong sales mindset with the ability to convert online inquiries into sales.
• UAE experience in cosmetics, skincare, lifestyle products, retail or e‑commerce is an advantage.
