Social Media Specialist (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Corporate Communications, Marketing and Brand team at Arabian Adventures is seeking a Social Media Specialist on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, PR Manager and other corporate teams to implement the Emirates Group social media strategy and protect the brand across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Emirates Group social media strategy in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media initiatives, including content creation, publishing and community engagement.
• Develop and maintain a presence on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter and other relevant platforms.
• Identify social media opportunities that enhance brand advocacy, reputation and traffic to corporate websites.
• Coordinate blogger activities and capture real‑time content for rapid distribution.
• Collaborate with corporate communications, business units, suppliers and agencies to ensure consistent messaging.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate social media management.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage issues proactively.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to brand guidelines.
