About the role
TalentOne is looking for a creative Social Media Specialist to strengthen the company's digital presence and employer brand through engaging content and targeted campaigns. The position is based in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Manage company social media accounts and content calendars
- Create engaging content and develop digital marketing campaigns
- Run paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads
- Monitor engagement, analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with HR on recruitment campaigns and employer-branding content
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant social media experience
- Strong content creation, campaign management and performance analysis skills
- Construction industry experience preferred
