Social Media Specialist (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

The Emirates Group is seeking a UAE‑national Social Media Specialist to implement and manage its social media strategy across multiple brands. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager, Public Relations team and corporate communications to ensure consistent messaging and protect the brand’s reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the Emirates Group social media strategy in collaboration with internal teams, external agencies and vendors.
• Manage day‑to‑day social media activities, driving visibility for major initiatives, products and campaigns.
• Develop and maintain a strong social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter, as well as industry‑relevant sites.
• Identify opportunities, create supporting materials, manage blogger relationships and capture real‑time trends and sentiment.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of social media efforts using agreed‑upon tools and metrics.

Required profile

• UAE national with a strong understanding of integrated marketing communications.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across departments, agencies and external partners.
• Ability to proactively manage issues and maintain consistent brand messaging.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter platforms.
• Experience in content creation, community management and influencer outreach.
• Ability to analyse social media metrics and produce concise reports.
