Soft FM Services Supervisor

About the role

The Soft FM Services Supervisor inspects third-party service contractors on site to ensure they meet contractual requirements, Service Operation Manuals (SOMs), company policies and local and international quality standards. The role supports consistent service delivery, audit compliance and operational excellence across assigned sites.

Key responsibilities

• Review and update Service Operation Manuals to match actual site conditions, and monitor implementation of approved programs and procedures.
• Conduct scheduled and ad hoc inspections under company audit programs, identify non-compliance and coordinate corrective actions with service providers.
• Maintain inspection records, logs, reports and corrective action tracking; review contractor documentation for contractual compliance.
• Evaluate service provider performance against KPIs and submit weekly and monthly evaluation reports to management.
• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions, and ensure services meet international regulations, local standards and contracts.
• Assist management in improving audit processes, quality procedures and inspection standards.
• Support project teams and supervise contractors on site to verify work completion within scope and timelines.
• Monitor labor, productivity, materials and equipment usage, and maintain daily reports, progress reports and coordination records.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction supervision or facilities management; prior experience supervising contractors and service providers preferred.
• Strong understanding of contractor supervision, building services, audits and compliance standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer applications.
• Ability to prepare reports, documentation and inspection records.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
