Software Engineer DevOps - Site Reliability

About the role

Revolut is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its Site Reliability team in Dubai. You will build scalable infrastructure from the ground up, delivering Infrastructure‑as‑Code and CI/CD solutions across multi‑cloud and on‑premise environments, and help power the company’s fast‑growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure to support entry into new markets and enable 10x scaling.
• Develop and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for multi‑cloud (GCP, AWS) and on‑premise environments.
• Architect regional failover, disaster‑recovery, and self‑service business continuity plans.
• Create bespoke third‑party connectivity for high‑volume, complex integrations.
• Automate security‑related infrastructure, patching, audit readiness, and regulatory reporting.
• Deploy and manage managed services such as PostgreSQL and Redis across cloud and hybrid footprints.

Required profile

• Hands‑on software engineering experience, preferably as a backend developer.
• Strong background with Linux systems and containerisation.
• Proven experience building and operating distributed, fault‑tolerant systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
