Software Engineer

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a highly talented and self‑motivated Software Engineer to join its global team. You will work on cutting‑edge .NET and Node.js solutions, contributing to the company’s digital, engineering and cloud initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET (C#) and related technologies.
• Implement and optimise database schemas and T‑SQL queries in MS SQL Server.
• Collaborate on Node.js components and explore AI toolkits for innovative features.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites, primarily using Playwright.
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on technical administration experience with Advent APX.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual‑first, globally distributed environment.
