Software Engineer

About the role

The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing high‑quality applications and designing and implementing testable, scalable code.

Key responsibilities

• Develop quality software and web applications.
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
• Design highly scalable, testable code and fix programming bugs.
• Write efficient code using core Java and enterprise frameworks.
• Design and build secure RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and conduct code reviews.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL or caching layers such as Redis.
• Containerize applications with Docker and deploy them via Kubernetes or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0‑2 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and object‑oriented design.
• Experience with SQL or relational databases.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, or Hibernate frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and testing tools such as JUnit and Mockito.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
