Software Sales Manager

About the role

Cognivo Technologies is seeking a dynamic Software Sales Manager to drive new‑business growth across all account tiers. Based in Dubai, you will lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle for AI‑driven solutions, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating closely with pre‑sales, delivery, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new logos across SMB, mid‑market and enterprise segments.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and events.
• Adapt selling approach: high‑velocity volume selling for SMBs and consultative value‑led selling for larger accounts.
• Manage the full sales process – discovery, solution positioning, negotiation and closing.
• Present business outcomes to both technical and C‑level stakeholders.
• Provide market feedback on buyer needs, pricing and competition to shape go‑to‑market strategy.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast and activity data in the CRM.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of B2B sales, account management and pipeline management experience.
• Proven track record in complex, consultative selling of technology or AI solutions.
• Ability to build long‑term client relationships and deliver compelling presentations.
• Experience collaborating with consulting, delivery and product teams.
• Background in AI, data or technology services is a strong plus.
