Software Sales Specialist – B2B SaaS

About the role

Whizz HR is looking for a motivated Software Sales Specialist to drive business growth across the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets. The role focuses on B2B software and SaaS solutions, requiring strong relationship‑building and a passion for technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Identify, prospect and generate new B2B opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and sales meetings.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract negotiation and follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts and CRM records.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic and a valid driving licence are advantages.
